Spring for Dessert!

Berry Mascarpone Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made tart crust (or make your own)

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions:

    1. Bake the tart crust according to package instructions, or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.

    2. In a bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    3. Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the cooled tart crust.

    4. Arrange the mixed berries on top of the mascarpone layer.

    5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

    6. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

    7. Slice and serve chilled.
